Here are some things you can do to stay “younger” as you get older:

1. Engage in regular exercise.

2. Continue to stay involved with your social networks.

3. Take a class to learn new skills.

4. Volunteer—helping others is a great tonic.

5. Keep your mind sharp with reading, games, and crossword puzzles.

6. Seek help if you find yourself becoming depressed.
