When you’re stressed or anxious, you’re likely to clench you jaw and teeth without realizing it. This can trigger a tension headache as it strains the muscle that connects your jaw and temples. So when the stress starts to rise, put a pencil between your teeth but don’t bit. This will relax your jaw muscle, which can prevent the pain.
