I Have Seen Jesus

Have you ever felt depressed? Have you ever wished your life had been different? Have you ever hoped that the situations and adversities that you have faced would not have affected you the way they did? On more than one occasion, we have all felt that life has been unfair until Someone changes our way of thinking.

There was a woman who had every motive to feel anguish and desperation. She led a hard life. She suffered from momentary lapses of judgment where she would lose notion of things. When she would "come to" she noticed that men smiled at her maliciously and the majority of the women in Magdala would avoid her, as if she had leprosy.

Jesus in Town

One day, her friends told her that Jesus was in town. They ran to see him, but when they found themselves before His presence, Mary felt like fleeing. He took her hand. Her heart started to beat normally and her gaze ceased to be lost in time and space. At ease, she listened to the most beautiful stories being told by that Man from Nazareth. At that moment, she felt the yolk that had been burdening her being lifted to never return. She was healed. Jesus had healed her! From that day, Mary gave her life and everything she was to Him.

You and I can have that same kind of encounter with Jesus. Troublesome and difficult experiences will stay behind if you walk with Him. No one says it will be an easy road, but let me assure you that you will experience a sense of belonging that only Jesus can give. Let the Master from Galilee change your life, too…today!

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38-39).
