A Time for Everything - There is an appointed time for everything. And there is a time for every event under heaven--A time to give birth and a time to die.

He Gives Food - He has given food to those who fear Him; He will remember His covenant forever.

By Every Word - It is written, "Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God."

Eat What Is Good - Why do you spend money for what is not bread, and your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, and delight yourself in abundance.

Seek and Find - Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

Everyone Counts - God is not willing that "...any should perish but that all should come to repentance."

Watch Your Path - Watch the path of your feet and all your ways will be established. Do not turn to the right nor to the left; turn your foot from evil.

Man's Work - What advantage does man have in all his work which he does under the sun? A generation goes and a generation comes, but the earth remains forever.

The Old is Dead - Your old life is dead. Your new life, which is your real life—even though invisible to spectators—is with Christ in God. He is your life.

Darkness and Light - Even the darkness is not dark to You, and the night is as bright as the day, darkness and light are alike to You.

He Is My Rock - The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer,My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge;My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

Be Careful - There is a way which seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.

Great Sea Monsters - God created the great sea monsters and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarmed after their kind.

Unless God Builds - Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it.

Where Were You? - I was a stranger, and you did not invite Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.

Like the Wind - The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and where it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.

Words of Caution - Woe to those who rise early in the morning that they may pursue strong drink, who stay up late in the evening that wine may inflame them!

God's Word Stands Forever - The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever.

The Lord Is Mighty - More than the sounds of many waters, than the mighty breakers of the sea, the Lord on high is mighty.

The Other Side - When Jesus had crossed over again in the boat to the other side, a large crowd gathered around Him; and so He stayed by the seashore.

He Delivered Us - Had it not been the Lord who was on our side, . . . then the raging waters would have swept over our soul.

God's Gift - For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God.

Let Her Rejoice - Let your father and your mother be glad, and let her rejoice who gave birth to you.

Wide Canals - But there the majestic One, the Lord, will be for us a place of rivers and wide canals. On which no boat with oars will go, and on which no mighty ship will pass.

If Two Agree - Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.

Imitate What Is Good - Beloved, do not imitate what is evil, but what is good. The one who does good is of God; the one who does evil has not seen God.
