How Do You Cope?

Research has shown that people who cope with stress best seem to have three things in common.
  • A sense of being in control of there lives.
  • A network of friends or family for support. Thinking you’re alone in the world can generate great anxiety.
  • Personality traits such as flexibility and hopefulness. Bending is better than breaking.
